Applications for library cards are available at the check out desk. Minors under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian's signature before they are eligible to check out materials. Proof of residence is required. Applications are also available in Spanish and Somali.

Materials may be returned in the book return located by the check out desk during regular library hours or in the outdoor book return at any time. Materials may also be returned at other libraries within the Pioneerland Library System.
