An introduction to Irish Whistles, also known as the penny whistle. All ages are invited to learn simple tunes. Whistles will be available on loan. Only "D" whistles will be used. Class instructor is Alissa Hustrand. This event is sponsored by the Willmar Public Library and Art Express.
