3:00-5:00pm! It’s gonna be a rootin’-tootin’
good time! All ages are welcome.
Chess & Checkers Cafe

All ages of players are welcome to come out and play!
Enjoy a cup of coffee or some juice and learn a new
or classic move! We will provide the games,
but feel free to bring your own set if you wish.

Story and a Snack

Calling all kids who love books and food! We will
read a picture book as a group followed by a tasty
snack to share. Best for kindergarten-grade 3
accompanied by an adult.

We’re not “toying” around here —
Toy Story 5 is our October choice for the
children’s matinee! “Buzz” on over to help
us wrap up our Toy Story chapter.
Popcorn and lemonade will be provided!
LEGO Club

Test your creativity and skills! Join us for
free-building or use a kit to make a LEGO creation!
Creative Kids

Kids of all ages can come in a make something
uniquely their own! Various supplies will be
provided – upcycling is encouraged!
First Chapter Friday Tween Book Club & Craft
Friday, October 9 | 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.
Here is a book club just for tweens!
Meet up with friends and learn about some new books
especially for readers ages 8 – 11. We will read
the first chapters of great books and also
have time for a small craft.
Homeschool Hangout
Tuesday, Oct. 20 | 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
All ages event for families in the area who
homeschool. Hangout at the library and use one of
the various activity kits we offer. Stop in and kick
off the new school year with some fun!
Pumpkin Painting Party!
Thursday, Oct. 22 | 3:30 pm
Paint a pumpkin for some festival fall decor!
Make it bookish, spooky, or extra silly —
the possibilities are endless! Space is limited,
so registration is required.

Saturday, October 24 | 12:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Free fun for the whole family! All ages are welcome
to join us in the multipurpose room to do a variety
of puzzles for fun! We will provide jigsaw puzzles
and fall treats. Stay for the whole time, or drop
in when it works for your schedule.
